Brothers
and Sisters!

Assalam o Alleyykum

Brothers
and Sisters!
As below
are the
extracts, in respect of Justice, copied form Google
Network.
Please read these carefully. No doubt the

Lawyers
derived the
essence of Justice
from the
Law Givers. But the question emerges that from what source the Law
Givers
derived
text of the
Justice and thereafter elaborated?

Brothers and Sisters!
At the end of the extracts, the relevant
Ayats of
the
Qur’an have been ascribed. The text of
the
Qur’an is
the
Word of Allah.
Whatever is
hidden within
the
text of
the
Word of Allah is
the
Guidance for the mankind to live life in
the world which mankind has to
explore. How
much
Guidance is in the Word of Allah? Allah
has told the mankind in the Qur’an:

Translation Surah Luqman Ayat no. 26 – 27

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth. Verily, Allah, He is Al – Ghani (Rich, Free of all
needs), Worthy of all Praises.

And if all the
trees
on the earth were pens and
the
sea (were ink wherewith to write), with seven
seas behind is so added to its (supply), yet the
Words of Allah
would
not be
exhausted
.
Verily, Allah is All – Mighty, All – Wise.

Brothers
and Sisters!
Please
ready and
study the Extracts in respect of Justice. Thereafter read and study the
essence
of the Justice in the Ayats of the Qur’an. Insha’allah!
You will
agree that the essence of the Extracts in respect of
Justice
has been
derived from the
Ayat of the Qur’an, the Word
of Allah
.

EXTRACTS FROM GOOGLE NETWORK

Brothers
and Sisters!
As below
are the
extract in respect of “Justice” from Google Network:

Justice has three meanings:

  • Justice is the ethicalphilosophical idea
that people are to be treated impartially, fairly,
properly, and reasonably by the law and
    by arbiters of
the law, that laws are to ensure that no harm
    befalls
another, and that, where harm is alleged, a remedial
    action
is taken – both the accuser
    and
    the accused
    receive
a morally right consequence merited by their
    actions (see: due process).

  • Justice is a
    legal
    structure or system that is
    designed to judge in a
general sense who should be accorded a benefit or burden
    when
the law is applied to a person’s factual circumstances.

Natural Law

Naturalists,
or proponents of
natural
law
, insist that the rules enacted by the government are not
the only sources of law. They argue that
moral
philosophy,
religion, human reason and individual conscience are also
integrated
parts of the law.

****************************

Philosophy

In philosophy, ethics defines
what is
good for the individual and for society and establishes
the nature of
duties that people owe
themselves and one another.

****************************

Professional

Most professions have highly detailed and
enforceable
codes for their
respective memberships. In some cases, these are spoken of as
“professional
ethics,”
or in the
case of law,
legal
ethics
.” For
example:

·       the
American Library Association
has a
Code of Ethics,

·
the American
Medical Association
has the Code of Medical Ethics, and

·       the American
Bar Association
 has
the
Model Rules of Professional Conduct

·       Other professions with codes include:

o
dentistry,

o
social work,

o
education,

o
government service,

o
engineering,

o
journalism,

o
real estate,

o
advertising,

o
 architecture,

o
banking,

o
 insurance, and

o
human resources management

Some of
these
codes have been
incorporated into the
public law. All are likely to have some
effect on judgments about professional conduct in
litigation. Generally,
failure to comply with a code of professional ethics may result in expulsion
from the profession or some lesser sanction.

*****************************

Accused

“Accused” is a person who has been arrested for or formally charged
with a
crime. It is a generic name for the defendant in a criminal case.

****************************

Judge

A judge is
an appointed or elected
official who decides legal disputes
in court.

Judges are required to be
impartial
and unbiased
in their decision making.

It is
important to note that the
specific roles and powers of
judges
may vary
across different
jurisdictions. Additionally, judges serve in
different
levels of courts, such as:

·
trial courts,

·
appellate courts,

·
 supreme courts, and

·
 even within the Administrative
State (see
Administrative
Law Judge
or Administrative
Office of the United States Courts
),

each with distinct responsibilities and authority.

Adjudication

Judges
hear cases presented by
parties
involved in
legal disputes and make decisions
or
judgments
based on the
facts and evidence
presented, as well as the applicable laws and legal
precedents. They ensure that all parties have a fair
opportunity
to present their arguments and evidence.

****************************

Judge’s Opinion

Judges may
be required to provide written
opinions
or judgments explaining the legal
reasoning behind their decisions. These written documents help
to establish legal
precedent and provide guidance to lower courts in similar
cases.

Appointment

Article II,
Section 2, Clause 2 of the
Constitution vests the power
to appoint federal judges in the
President
of the
United States with the
advice and consent of the Senate.

Thus, Supreme Court justices,
court
of appeals
judges, and district court
judges are
nominated
by the
President and
confirmed by the United States
Senate.

The process of appointing state judges varies from
state to state. In some states, the
governor
appoints judges to fill vacancies in state courts,
which typically involves the governor selecting a candidate from a
list
of recommendations
provided by a nominating commission or advisory
board.

The appointment
may require
confirmation by the
state legislature or a designated
judicial council. In other states,
judges
are elected
by the
public. In general elections, candidates compete for the judgeship through
campaigns and
public voting.

****************************

4. Each applicant shall sign the
following oath or affirmation:

I, ……………, do solemnly
swear
(or affirm) that as an attorney and as a counselor of this
Court, I will conduct
my- self uprightly and according to law, and that I
will support

the Constitution of the United States.

****************************

Rule 8. Disbarment and Disciplinary Action

1. Whenever
a
member of the Bar
of this Court has been
disbarred or
suspended from
practice in any
court of record, or has engaged in conduct
unbecoming a member of the Bar of this Court,
the
Court will enter
an order
suspending that member
from
practice before
this Court and affording the member an
opportunity to show cause, within 40 days, why a disbarment order should not be entered. Upon response, or if no
response is timely fled, the Court will enter an appropriate order.

2. After reasonable notice and an opportunity to show cause why
disciplinary action should
not be taken, and after a hearing if
material
facts are in dispute, the Court may take any appropriate disciplinary
action against any attorney who is
admitted to practice before it for conduct unbecoming
a member of the Bar or for
failure to comply with these Rules or any Rule or order of
the Court

Divine
command and Religious Theories of Justice

Advocates of divine command theory say justice, and indeed the whole of morality, is the authoritative
command of Allah. Murder is wrong and must be punished, for instance, because Allah says it so. Some versions of the theory
assert that
Allah must be obeyed because of the nature of Allah’s relationship with humanity, others assert that Allah must be obeyed because Allah is goodness itself, and thus doing Allah’s Command would be best for everyone.

Brothers and Sisters! As below
are the relevant
Ayats of the
Qur’an, the
Word of Allah:

Translation Surah An Nisa Ayat no. 135

 بسم اللہ
الرحمن الرحیم

O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah,
even though it be
against yourselves, or your parents, or you kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is better Protector to both (than you). So
follow
not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you avoid justice; and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well –
Acquainted with what
you do.

Translation Surah An Nisa Ayat no 58

بسم اللہ
الرحمن الرحیم

Verily, Allah Commands that you should render back Al-Amanah (trusts to those, to whom they are due) and that when you judge between men, you judge
with
justice. Verily, how excellent is the teaching which He (Allah) gives
you! Truly, Allah is Ever All-Hearer, All-Seer.

Translation Surah An Nisa Ayat no 59

بسم اللہ
الرحمن الرحیم

O you who believe! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger (Mohammed (SAW)), and those of you (Muslims)
who are in authority. (Head of the
State) And if you
differ in anything amongst yourselves, refer it to Allah and His Messenger (SAW), if you believe in Allah and in
the Last Day. That is
better and more suitable for final destination.

Translation Surah Al Hujurat Ayat no. 9- 10

بسم اللہ
الرحمن الرحیم

And if two parties or groups among
believers fall to
fighting, then make peace between them both.

But if one of them outrages against the other, then fight you (all) against the one that which outrages till it complies with the Command of Allah.

Then if it complies, then make reconciliation between them justly, and be equitable. Verily, Allah loves those who are the
equitable.

The believers are
nothing else than
brothers (in Islamic Religion). So make reconciliation between your brothers, and fear Allah, that you may
receive Mercy.

Brothers and Sisters! No doubt
you will
agree that the
source of
Independent Justice has been
derived by the
Law Givers from the Word
of Allah
..

How Source of Law is Word of Allah?

Brothers and Sisters!
As below is the
Ayat of the Word of Allah
that reveals that Allah is the
Author of the Qur’an:

Translation Surah Yunus Ayat no.37

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

And this Qur’an is not such as could ever be produced by other than Allah (Lord of the heavens and earth), but it is a confirmation of (the revelation) which
was before it [i.e. the
Taurat (Torah), and the Injeel (Gospel)], and a full explanation of the Book (i.e. laws decreed for mankind) –
wherein there is no doubt – from the Lord of the Alamin (mankind, jinn, and all
that exists).

Brothers
and Sisters!
In the
opinion of the Non – Muslims,
Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) is not Khatim
Un Nabi’een
, the Last
Prophet. However, they
believe that the Qur’an is composed by Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW).

Brothers and Sisters! To
repudiate Non – Muslim’s
opinion
that the Qur’an
is composed by
Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW),
Allah have revealed in His Word:

Translation Surah Al-Ankabut Ayat
No. 48

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

Neither did you (O Mohammed
(SAW))

read
any book before it (this Qur’an), nor did you write any book (whatsoever) with your
right hand. In that case, indeed, the followers of
falsehood might have doubted.

Brothers and Sisters! Mohammed
Ibne Abdullah
(SAW) is Nabi (Prophet) of Allah. Alhamdu’lillah!
Word of Allah i.e.
Message of Allah to mankind was
revealed to Him
(SAW), where His (SAW)
duty and
responsibility was to convey the
Message of Allah. Alhamdu’lillah! His (SAW)
duty and responsibility was
revealed in the
Word of Allah:

Translation Surah Ar Ra’d Ayat no. 40

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

Whether We show you (O Mohammed (SAW)) part of what We have
promised them or cause you to die,
your duty is only to convey (the Message) and on Us is the reckoning.

NON – MUSLIMS ACCEPTED
THAT MOHAMMED IBNE ABDULLAH (SAW) IS SUPER HUMAN BEING

Brothers
and Sisters!
The living
proof is that
outside the
Supreme Court of USA there is an Inscription that says:

Prophet

Mohammed (SAW)

Honoured by

US Supreme Court

As One of the Greatest Law Givers

Of the World in 1935

Brothers and Sisters! The second proof of Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) as super Human being is that at Lincoln’s Inn in London, there is Church. Lincoln’s Inn is education center where legal education is learned.

Brothers and Sisters! In the Church, there is List of Law Givers hanging on a wall. On Top of the List, the name of the Law Giver is:

Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW)

The Greatest Law Giver

Brothers and Sisters! Incidentally, there is perspective to learn about this fact the Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) is the Greatest Law Giver.

Brothers and Sisters! The book: Islam Ka Safeer (Mohammed Ali Jinnah) was being read and studied. As below is the chronology:

Mohammed Ali Jinnah (RA) went to London from United India to London to secure a degree of law at the age of 16 years.

He (RA) visited Gray’s Inn and other two or three Inns. The last one he visited was Lincoln’s Inn.

When the guide escorted him to the Church where he saw a frame hanging on a wall.

He asked the guide to the effect: What is the message in the text.

The guide told him to the effect: that is the list of Law Givers.

Mohammed Ali Jinnah asked the guide to the effect: whose name is on Top of the List?

The Guide told him:

Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SA W)

The Greatest Law Giver

Mohammed Ali Jinnah (RA) immediately decided that he will secure Law Degree in this Inn.

Brothers and Sisters! The third proof is that the daily routine of life and Politics of every country is based upon Fundamental Principles of the Word of Allah, the Qur’an. However, in practical life rules and regulations have been manipulated. Alhamdu’lillah! A detailed article is lies in the Work in Progress. Insha’allah! It will be completed and uploaded on the website: www.cfpusapolitics.co.uk  as soon as that is completed.

MOHAMMED IBNE ABDULLAH (SAW) IS KHATAM UN NABBI’EEN (The Last Prophet)

Brothers and Sisters! In view of the “Essence” of the above following Ayat of the Qur’an Mohammed Ibne Abdullah (SAW) is Khatam un Nabbi’een:

Translation Surah Yunus Ayat no.37

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

And this Qur’an is not such as could ever be produced by other than Allah (Lord of the heavens and earth), but it is a confirmation of (the revelation) which was before it [i.e. the Taurat (Torah), and the Injeel (Gospel)], and a full explanation of the Book (i.e. laws decreed for mankind) – wherein there is no doubt – from the Lord of the Alamin (mankind, jinn, and all that exists).

Translation Surah Al-Ankabut Ayat No. 48

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

Neither did you (O Mohammed (SAW)) read any book before it (this Qur’an), nor did you write any book (whatsoever) with your right hand. In that case, indeed, the followers of falsehood might have doubted.

Translation Surah Ar Ra’d Ayat no. 40

بسم اللہ الرحمٰن الرحیم

Whether We show you (O Mohammed (SAW)) part of what We have promised them or cause you to die, your duty is only to convey (the Message) and on Us is the reckoning.

Brothers and Sisters! Please read article: Mohammed Ibne Abdullah ((SAW) is Khatam un Nabbi’een (Mohammed (SAW), how rationally it has been proved that He (SAW) is Khatam un Nabbi’een (the Last Prophet.

Brothers and Sisters! In the Ayat as below, Alhamdu’lillah! Allah reveals to the mankind to do Good Deeds and refrain from Bad Deeds so that Justice prevails in the society where there will be environments of Peace and Harmony and there will be no need to resolve any disputes

Translation Surah An Nahl Ayat no. 90

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم

Verily, Allah enjoins Al-Adl (i.e. Justice and worshipping none but Allah Alone – Islamic Monotheism) and Al-Ahsan [i.e. to be patient in performing your duties to Allah, totally for Allah’s sake and in accordance with the Sunnah (legal ways) of the Prophet (SAW) in perfect manner], and giving (help) to kith and kin (i.e. all that Allah has ordered you to give them e.g. wealth, visiting, looking after them, or any other kind of help), and forbids Al-Fahishah (i.e. all evil deeds, e.g. illegal sexual acts, disobedience to parents, polytheism, to tell lies, to give false witness, to kill a life without right), and al-Munker (i.e. all that is prohibited by Islamic law: polytheism of every kind, disbelief and every kinds of oppression). He admonishes you, that you may take heed.

Brothers and Sisters! Let us try to make an analysis of the above Ayat of the Word of Allah:

·                 submit to Allah Alone

·                 perform Haqooq Allah

o   offer As Salat

o   pay Zakat i.e. help the people in need financially

o   keep Fasts in month of Ramadan

o   perform Hajj one in life time

·                 do Good Deeds

·                 refrain from Bad Deeds

·                 be obedient to parents

·                 do not kill anyone without a genuine reason which has to be decided by the court of law

Brothers and Sisters! If everyone adhere to the above values sincerely and justly, there will be atmosphere of Peace and Harmony.

CONCLUSION

Brothers and Sisters! In short, it is imperative that “Justice” and “Balance” prevails to have Peace and Harmony” in the society. If there is “Injustice” or “imbalance” in any corner of the state, it has “gearing” effect and impact in the short and long run where everyone’s life is disturbed sooner or later.

Please Remember in Dua’as
