Assalam o Alleyykum! ANd9GcT-POGl4E5CJ5tkNyg2yoNr9EjJf_x542_9uzwmaRPzsF1PrbYcwg

Perspective

· The field of the Introduction, Revival and Promotion of Islam is every sect of the Muslim Ummah.

· Dr. Saleem Farooq Shaukat, whom I met in England while he was studying for his PhD in Physics at Brunel University Uxbridge Middlesex. He was aware that, Alhamdu’lillah! I have changed the direction of my line from accountancy towards writing books on religion for the Introduction, Revival and Promotion of Islam at international level.

· Recently, when we got in touch with each other, I told him that I have been in Pakistan for nearly a year for the publication of books on the topics Basic Beliefs of Deen e Islam. He kindly invited me to visit Abbottabad and asked to bring five set of books to display in the library for the students, as religious education is also part of the artistic and scientific education.

· When I visited Dr Saleem, we exchanged views in respect of conveying message to the students. I proposed him if he can arrange for a lecture to be delivered to the students in respect of the project: Call for Peace, which he promised that he will.

Preparation of the Lecture

· When Dr Saleem accepted my proposition, then the thought came to mind, what has to be the theme of the lecture. The lecture had to be designed taking the following consideration into account:-

o the institute is scientifically based,

o the fields of education are physics, environments, business administration etc.

o these fields of education are considered to be for the world only and they have no relationship with religion.

o the institute is co-education based.

o students are different religion based

Object of the Lecture

· With the passage of time different methodologies were developed in every field and this was the cause of unrest in the world. Therefore, the object was to convey the message that methodology is just one, but there are branches of one methodology rather than different methodologies.

For Example:

Deen, the way of life is one i.e. Deen e Islam. Other ways, e.g. Christianity and Judaism are its branches and not different religions, as in this day of age these are considered as independent religions.

· Therefore the object of the lecture was to highlight the fact that origin of every field is one and there are branches of every field rather than different types.

Language of the lecture

· As the medium of education was English language, it had to be decided which language should be used to deliver the lecture i.e. Urdu or English?

· After a careful consideration it was decided that the lecture be delivered in Urdu language on the following grounds:-

o   every student knows the Urdu language,

o   a religious message can be conveyed in a better way in Urdu language rather than English language,

o the substance of the lecture shall be based on scientific field, over which I have no command and may not be able to convey the exact theme to the students.

CONTEXT OF THE LECTURE

Introduction

· Dr Saleem kindly introduced me to the students as the Principal of the project: Call for Peace where the centre point is in England from where Deen e Islam is to be Introduced, Revived and Promoted at international level.

Further Introduction

· I introduced myself to the students:

o by profession I am professional accountant. Alhamdu’lillah! Being the responsibility of every Umati of the Khatim ul Anbiyya Hazrat Mohammad (SAW), I chose to convey the Message of Allah under the name Call for Peace at International level.

o students are masons of the nations, therefore I availed the opportunity to express my views to the students of COMSATS.

Base of the Lecture

· the base of the lecture was ILM i.e. knowledge, thorough which:

o the teachers convey through teachings i.e. delivering lectures

o students listen and save it in their minds,

o students make reference to the books for further elaboration of the teachings,

o students make observations of the universe, make research on the products, produces and properties of the creations and with experiments further goods, both visible and invisible are manufactured or produced for the use of mankind.

ILM

· To highlight from where the ILM can be secured, nearest meanings of Hadith Qudsi were expressed:

Allah (SWT) said to the Effect:

I was a hidden Treasure.

I wished to be recognized.

So I created Jinn and Inss.

· For recognition Allah inflicted the attributes, uses, properties etc. in the creations of the Universe.

· Allah gave the mankind Brain that is a like a plate where observations, thoughts can be saved.

· To express the thoughts to the other people:

o products, produces, goods, services were given names,

o signs were established to express the names of products, produces, goods and services,

o to express the meaning rules of grammar were established,

o to convey the message sentences were brought into being,

o etc.

· Above is a very brief outline as to how the invisibility of ILM got turned in visibility.

Branches of ILM

· ILM is only one kind of ILM that has come from the Creator Allah (SWT).

· ILM has many branches. For example:

o psychology

o psychiatry

o mathematics

o economics

o history

o science  – physics

o chemistry

o etc.

· ILM has two attributes:

o Artistic

o Scientific

· artistic attribute is a theory and scientific attribute is practicability.

.

IBADAAH

· Normally Ibadaah is considered as:

o performance of Salat,

o payment of Zakat,

o keeping Fast,

o performance of Hajj

with Eman on the Sole Entity of Allah (SWT)

· It is misunderstanding that has developed with the passage of time.

· in fact, Allah has created Jinn and human being to worship Him every moment of their lives, while the above Ibadaahs are performed only on the time when the fall due. i.e.

o offer Salat five times a day when the time of Salat falls due.

o Zakat is paid once a year if a muslim holds a certain amount of wealth for whole year.

o Fasts are kept in the month of Ramadan.

o Hajj is performed once in life time if a Muslim possesses a certain level of wealth.

The above criteria do not fulfill the criteria set by Allah (SWT) that He (SWT) ought to be worshipped every moment of one’s life.

· The time a Muslim is not performing any of the above Ibadaah, he is in search of Bounties of Allah (SWT). i.e.

o observing the creations of the universe,

o making an analysis of the creations,

o   discovering the properties of the creations,

o making an analysis of the properties of the creations,

o establishing and developing theories,

o putting the theories in practice time and again,

o determining formulas to produces visible and invisible commodities for the benefit of mankind,

o   etc.

· When a Mo’min goes through all the process and then attributes every aspect of his research and development and says: Allah Hoo Akber that is the soul of Ibadaah which is required by Allah (SWT).

· To show his gratitude to Allah (SWT) that he has made researches on His (SWT) creations and he got impressed with the attributes and qualities inflicted in every creation for the benefit of mankind, he prostrate himself while offering Salat when the time of following Salat falls due.

· It can be derived that one of the object of performing Salat is to show one’s gratitude to Allah (SWT) that how he is benefiting from the creations of the universe created for the benefit of mankind.

·       The students who enjoin the education centers to secure education in any field, they are in the process of performing Ibadaahs. However, the securing of education to fall in the category of Ibadaah the student:

o has to be a muslim,

o has to make an intention that he is securing the education for the benefit of mankind,

o   show his gratitude to Allah (SWT) five times a day by offering Salat and performing other Ibadaahs when they fall due.

· It appears that the connotation of  as below Hadith applies to the students who secure education:

o A Sahabi (RTU) came to see the Prophet Mohammed (SAW).

o He asked Prophet (SAW):

Are there only five Salat to

be performed in a day and night?

o The Prophet Mohammed (SAW) said:

Yes!

o He asked Prophet (SAW):

The Zakat is to be paid once a year?

o The Prophet Mohammed (SAW) said:

Yes!

o He asked Prophet (SAW):

The fast for the month of Ramadan to be kept

o The Prophet Mohammed (SAW) said:

Yes!

o He asked Prophet (SAW):

Hajj is to be performed once in life time?

o The Prophet Mohammed (SAW) said:

Yes!

o He said:

Ya Rassool Allah!

There shall be nothing less and nothing

more than what You (SAW) have told me.

o The Prophet Mohammed (SAW) said:

If he follows what he has said, he will be in Heaven

with the Grace of Allah (SWT).

· Ulema have derived from the context of above Hadith that the rest of the time he will be securing ILM through observations and otherwise and be beneficial to the people of the community, which is Ibadaah as well.

Zahnee’at ‘Mentality’

· Zahen i.e. brain is an element that absorbs any branch of ILM in it. Zahnee’at is like a plate that develops in accordance with the atmosphere and environments a child is brought up.

· The Zahnee’at can be negative or positive.

· Negative Zahnee’at is detrimental for ones own self and others in the short and long run and Positive Zahnee’at is beneficial in the short and long run for own self and others.

· Every branch of ILM has a different plate. For example:

o A student of physics, if he listens to a lecture on environment, although the mind will recognise the text, but the meanings cannot make a place, as the plate to absorb the environmental teachings have not been prepared.

o In this day of age, the results of the research and development on the creations of Allah (SWT) are not attributed to Allah (SWT), and attributed to scientists and innovators, therefore the Zahnee’at of accepting the teachings of the Qur’an and Hadith does not develop.

o In the initial period of Revival of Islam by the Prophet Mohammed (SAW), the muslims developed connection with Allah (SWT) at every moment of their lives while they were making researches on the creations of Allah (SWT). It was for this reason that, the Book of Knowledge which is in eight volumes, composed by non Muslims, reveal that in every field of ILM muslims were the pioneers. Please judge it yourself from the extract below:

The research on the Properties of the Verses of the Qur’an can be witnessed in The Book of Knowledge under the chapter ‘Mohammad’ page no. 111 to 112

The Saracens were excellent craftsmen. The sword blades of Toledo and Damascus were world renowned. Equal skill was shown in the fashioning of vases, lamps, and other articles of copper, bronze, and silver; in the weaving of carpets and rugs, which are still unsurpassed; and in moulding of fine glass and pottery.

A leading form of Muslim art was developed in architecture. The arabesque decoration of walls, carpets, hangings etc., took the place of drawings of the human figure, a form of art severely restricted by tradition in Islam.

Sweetmeats, syrups essences, and perfumes were produced. Paper, without which invention of printing would have been valueless, came to Europe through Muslims. The finest leather goods came from Cordova and Morocco.

In literature, particularly poetry, and in science the Muslims attained a high degree of development.

The University of Cairo at one time had 12,000 students. In Spain in the 10 century a library of 400,000 manuscripts is said to have been collected. Learned Arabs did much to preserve and spread the writings of the great Greek philosopher Aristotle, after he had been all but forgotten in Western Europe.

In mathematics, especially algebra, Muslims scholars led the world. The so – called “Arabic” numerals used today were introduced into Europe by Arab scholars who brought them from India.

In Astronomy, medicine, and chemistry they made various notable advances. The richness and grace of the characteristic Muslim architecture are evident in many lands, from Spain to India.

OBSERVATIONS

· The above extracts clearly depict that the base for the progress in technology which involved the study of invisible forces of the universe was made by the Muslims by the study of the ‘Qur’an, the ‘Word of Allah’

The secret behind the above achievements is that when the Muslims used to concentrate their minds on meaning of the Verses of the Qur’an, they in fact were devoting their attention to Allah (SWT), whereby the connection is developed between the Muslim and Allah (SWT). As the Muslim is in the learning process, so Allah (SWT) kept on exposing the properties hidden within the Verses of the Qur’an, which was then ascribed and that kept on being forwarded to the future generations.

WHY

THE TEACHINGS OF THE QUR’AN AND HADITH

IN RESPECT OF HAQOOQ ALLAH

DOES NOT MAKE PLACE IN THE MINDS?

· With the passage of time, practically, the teachings of the Qur’an and Hadith became secondary to learn, whereby the no attention was given to Haqooq Allah:

o Salat

o Zakat

o Soam

o Hajj

· When no proper attention was given, the worth and value of the above Ibadaahs was not appreciated and gradually majority of the Muslim Ummah kept getting away from them and now the stage has reached that they even do not want to listen about it.

· It is fact of life now that mind is so much obsessed with materiality, that when people are approached and are presented with the books on Islam, they say:

They do not have time to read.

· I had an experience in this respect.

o The review of my book: Wadu Namaz Ka Hissa Kayyun Hai? was published in the newspaper Jang. The price of the book was not written.

o I received around fifty letters for the book to be sent.

o I sent the book with an invoice giving them the option:

§  please read the book at least three times. If you think you would like to put the book in your library, pay the price of the book.

§ if you do not want to buy the book for any reason, please return the book and postage shall be refunded in the form of postage stamps.

o The idea was that the object of Call for Peace is to convey the Message of Allah. If anyone does not want to buy it, at least he has read the book three times or more which he can apply in his life, where the object is achieved.

· A few letters were received, where the demand of the book was on the bases:

o honorary,

o Hadia – present

o   Free

· It was surprising for me. However, I composed booklets:

Aizaz, Hadia, Tohfa

Allah ka Paigam pohnchnay meen Rukawat

(Honorary, present and gift

Hindrance in conveyance the Message of Allah)

Turteeb o Tadveen Kay Ada’ab

Allah Kay Paigam per Aitraz

(Etiquette of formatting and Editing

Objection on the Message of Allah)

· Subsequently, I wrote booklets:

Deen Kutab Ki Qeemat Kayyun Ada Ki Jai?

(Why the price of religious books to be paid?)

Dairah e Amal

(Scope of the project)

Islam ka Farog Her Umati Ki Zimah Dari Hai

(Promotion of Islam

Every Muslims’ responsibility)

· I received only three cheques.

· Initially, about ten books were returned.

· I had written in the covering letter and also this clause was part of the booklet:

Aizaz, Hadia, Tohfa

Allah ka Paigam pohnchnay meen Rukawat

· That if the books were not returned or the price is not paid, the names and addresses of the defaulter shall be published.

· When over six weeks lapsed as books were not returned, I wrote a letter, that if the price of the book is not paid or the books not returned, the names shall be published in the forthcoming book. Then one person sent the price by money order and, so far another around fifteen books have been returned.

· Some of the readers who returned the books, wrote:

They did not find anything knew in the book.

· While at the same time the remarks of a reader were:

Mash‘allah!

Your way of writing is very simple, easy to understand and apprehend and has a strong message. What you have written fits in the heart and mind of the reader. In this way the reader can become a good muslim.

· Let us make an analysis of the response of the people:

o who did return the book  without the second letter,

o who returned the book on the second letter,

o   who said: they did not find anything new in the book.

Who did return the book without the second letter

· They appeared to have made a demand of the book, just for a fun. i.e. receive the book, brows it put it away without an intention to make the message  part of life. But as there was demand of the price of the book, they returned it. With their attitude, it can be derived that they are not interested in following the teachings of Islam.

Who returned the book on the second letter

· They were so careless that it did not bother them at all and they sat on the book. But when they received the second letter that their name shall be published if the price of the book is not paid or book is not returned, then they sent the book back.

· Does this not depict that they are careless for the life hereafter, but did not want their name to be published in the forthcoming book.

Who said: they did not find anything new in the book

· They did not want to find anything new. Why? Because they don’t see Wadu is an important issue.

· In whatever profession they are in, they buy the books, magazine, look the matter in the newspapers and they keep finding something new in them. Most of the matter they see in the books etc. they are aware of it. But they make an analysis in such a manner that if they do not find anything new, they create something new.

· When making research on the properties of an atom, the researcher keeps on analyzing it for the reason to discover its value and worth, so that he can proclaim an achievement. But Wadu, Namaz are the areas which do not need an analysis to know their value and worth.

· While they read the books, as their plate is empty, so while reading the text, they think they already know about it and the meaning and substance slips from their mind.

· For this reason, I had to compose a supplement that you will come across while reading the books, that:

the one who knows and does not act upon it,

is just like the person who does not know at all.

WOMEN’S EDUCATION

· Woman is counterpart of man.

· Although man enjoys overall superiority over woman, but in many respects woman enjoys superiority over man.

· Examples of woman’s superiority over man are:

No 1

· Woman gives birth to the next generation. Although man is also part of it but woman has to go through all the process to be a mother for a period of more or less nine months. In this respect, woman enjoys superiority over man.

No 2

· The connotation of a Hadith is:

A Sahabi (RTU) asked the Prophet Mohammed (SAW):

Who enjoys the first right from a child?

The Prophet (SAW) said:

Mother!

The Sahabi (RTU) asked the Prophet Mohammed (SAW) again:

Who enjoys the second right from a child?

The Prophet (SAW) said:

Mother!

The Sahabi (RTU) asked the Prophet Mohammed (SAW) again:

Who enjoys the third right from a child?

The Prophet (SAW) said:

Mother!

The Sahabi (RTU) asked the Prophet Mohammed (SAW) again:

Who enjoys the fourth right from a child?

The Prophet (SAW) said:

Father!

Does this not depict that woman

 has superiority over man?

No 3

· The mother of Hazrat Maryam (RTU), when conceived, she made the oblation that the child born, she will devote him for the conveyance of the Message of Allah. The implication was that the child will be a boy. But a girl was born.

· Ulema say that it was her wish to be boy and she made Dua’a for it. But Allah (SWT) bestowed her with a daughter, so this in fact was the determination of Allah that a girl be born. This depicts that Allah gave a better offspring than she wished for. This shows that woman has superiority over man.

· This superiority further depicted that Hazrat Maryam (RTU) gave miraculous birth to the Prophet of Allah Hazrat Essa (PBUH), which is also acceptance of the Dua’a of mother of Hazrat Maryam (RTU).

o The voices are heard that woman’s place is at home and she should not secure education in education centers. Moreover, there are voices heard that she should not secure education at all.

o The above voices are because of the ignorance of the history. The life of the Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed (SAW) is a guide for the mankind until the Day of Resurrection.

o Prophet Mohammed (SAW) had nine wives at a time after His first wife Hazrat Khudeja (RTU) passed away.

o When we see their life after Prophet Mohammed (SAW) passed away, we see that for over fifty years people secured education in every respect from the wives of the Prophet (SAW). For example:

§  Hazrat Ayesha (RTU)                    48 years

§  Hazrat Umm e Salma (RTU)         52 years

§  Hazrat Hifzza (RTU)                    34 years

§  Hazrat Zanib (RTU)                      9 years

§  Hazrat Umm e Habiba  (RTU)       33 years

§  Hazrat Javeria (RTU)                    39 years

§  Hazrat Safia (RTU)                    34 years

§  Hazrat Sauda (RTU)                    11 years

· To learn about the place of woman under the light of the Qur’an and Hadith, the students both male and female study the book: Namoos e Risalat: Khatim ul Anbiyya Mohammed (SAW) Kay Namoos Ki Hifazat Kayyun Ki jai? especially the chapters in respect of Um ul Mo’mineen. Insha’allah! both genders will recognise the dignity of woman and they will try to regain the dignity which has been lost by digressing from the Right Path.

PURIFICATION OF NAFFAS

· Naffas is an element that needs to be purified all the time to secure the Raza of Allah (SWT).

· The question arises how the Naffas gets dirty or unpurified?

o Allah (SWT) has inflicted Fitrah in human nature.

o Mankind is sent in this world for a test to save him from the bad deeds and do good deeds.

o When a human being comes across where there is such a situation that inspires to do bad deed, for example:

One comes across where there is piece of gold or a diamond lying unattended. The Fitrat will emerge and inspire him to take it away whereby he will be able to fulfill his wishes and desires.

· At the same time the conscious will appear and warn him:

o it is against the Guidance of Allah and the Teachings of the Prophet Mohammed (SAW).

o the punishment of a thief is to chop his hand off.

o to buy goods and services from this gold or diamond is Haram.

o the punishment in the life hereafter is Hell.

o etc.

· if the Fitrah overpowers the conscious, the Naffas will become dirty and unpurified and if Conscious overpowers the Fitrah the Naffas gets purified.

· Therefore, every moment of life there is confrontation between Fitrat and Conscious and the fate of Naffas is determined.

EVOLUTION TO BE A GOOD MUSLIM

· Under the light of the Qur’an and Hadith, a child is given a period up to the age of puberty, to become a good Muslim.

o when a child is born he is either a man or a woman.

o The next step is that he is to become an Insan i.e. human being.

o Insaniyat, anthropology is:

§ good behaviour,

§ respect elders,

§  love young ones,

§ speak truth,

§  do not lie,

§ do good deeds,

§  refrain from bad deeds,

§ do not deceive

§ honour rights,

§  etc.

o now by reciting the Kalama, he can become a muslim.

[Please do not misunderstand that it is only at the time of age of puberty one has to recite Kalama to become a Muslim. Under the light of the Qur’an and Hadith, even if a child born in a non Muslim family passes away before the age of puberty he will not be questioned on the Day of Judgment and will go to Heaven.]

o The time given up to the age of puberty is for the parents to educate and train the child in every respect, so that at the age of puberty he becomes independent and has to determine his way of life.

· Therefore, to be good muslim one has to pass the criteria of Insaniyat. If a muslim does not pass this criteria he cannot be called a Good Muslim.

BELIEFS

· When a person recites Kalama, he embraces Deen e Islam, where he has to believe in:

o Sole Entity of Allah (SWT).

o Angels, as they convey the Message of Allah to the prophets.

o Books of Allah, as these contain Guidance of Allah,

o Day of Judgment, as this will be the Day when the fate of everybody shall be determined.

o Taqdeer, the book of bad and good deeds.

· If a person does not believe in any of the above beliefs, he cannot be regarded as a Muslim.

YOUNG GENERATION

· Students are the masons of the nations. They can be good masons if they build up their personality and character in accordance with the Guidance of Allah (SWT) and the Teachings of the Anbiyya e Karam.

COMPOSITION OF BOOKS

· With the Grace of Allah (SWT) composed following books:

o Qaza Namaz Ki Addaigi: The substance of the book highlights the imperativeness of performing Salat.

o Wadu Namaz Ka Hissa Kayyun Hai? The substance of the book highlights the aspects of cleanliness of the body that makes one feel light and fresh both spiritually and bodily.

o Tazkiyya e Naffas Kayyun Lazim Hai? The substance of the book highlights the purification and cleanliness of Fitrah and Conscious that leads to Naffas e Mutma’ina

o Namaz Insan Ki Zindigi Ka Hissa Kayyun Hai? The substance of the book highlights that while offering the Namaz regularly a muslim keeps getting closer and closer to Allah (SWT).

o Namoos e Risalat: Khatim ul Anbiyya Kay Namoos Ki Hifazat Kayyun Ki Jai? The substance of the book highlights the worth and value of the personality and character of the Prophet Mohammed (SAW) and all the Prophets who have been commissioned since Day One.

o Tsunami Tufan Hameen Kaya Batla Gaia? The substance of the book highlights the seven basic beliefs of Islam.

o Kaya Islami Riyastoon Kay Surbrah/ Deeni Rehnuma/ Umat e Muslimah Islam Ka Farog Chahte hain? The substance of the book highlights the facts how they turned a blind eye when they were presented with books for the Promotion of Islam.

· The books have been written in a rational style in order that the Guidance of Allah and Teachings of the Prophet (SAW) are appreciated by young generations and non muslims so that to discharge Haqooq Allah becomes part of their lives.

OBJECT OF THE PROJECT: Call for Peace

· Call for Peace is another expression for the Introduction, Revival and Promotion of Islam.

· Let us see what was the approach adopted by the Prophet Mohammed (SAW) and the Sahaba (RTU) to educate and train the people who embrace Islam and their offspring.

· When a person assume the responsibility of educating somebody, he adopts the role of a Mo’alam i.e. teacher.

The duties and responsibilities of a teacher are:

· He assumes the responsibility to look after the students in every respect, i.e.

o teach them

o make sure they understands the teachings,

o pursue them to make the teaching part of his life,

o develop the attributes of respect, love and sincerity,

o etc.

· He covers the subject matter from all angles.

· His own practical life must be in accordance with his teachings based on the Qur’an and Hadith.

· Etc.

· It was for this reason that the Prophet (SAW), the Sahaba (RTU) and Ulema Karam looked after the Muslim Ummah, offspring taking the above factors into account that the muslims were of:

o good caliber,

o well behaved,

o   honest,

o trustworthy

o lead for the non muslims to embrace Islam.

· The reason Muslim Ummah started taking a turn towards downfall is that the Ulema, teachers, writers etc. they just delivered lectures, sermons and written books, but they did not pursue if their teachings have had any effect and impact in their personality and character.

· One of the main object of the project Call for Peace is that while distributing the books, it will also be on the agenda that the readers are pursed as to how much they have learned from the context and substance of the books and how much has become part of their lives.

· You will notice this approach while reading the book: Kaya Islami Riyastoon Kay Surbrah/ Deeni Rehnuma/ Umat e Muslimah Islam Ka Farog Chahte hain? The part Kaya Umat e Muslimah Islam Ka Farog Chahte hain?

· In this Part the letters I received from the readers of the book Wadu have been dealt with a view to educate them.

· To pursue the students of COMSATS, a kind of supplement has designed to take their views of the lecture and context of the lecture. Moreover, they will be asked to express their views over the telephone: 0321 408 4927 and/or e mail: n_aziz27@hotmail.com. (underscore: n_aziz).

SUCCESS OF THE PROJECT

Introduction

· It is law of the nature that when atoms are enjoined together, only then a product or a produce takes a shape. The more atoms enjoined together, more powerful it becomes. For example:

o The smallest drop of water can be water on the tip of a needle that on its own has no power or strength. But when they are enjoined together, they form canals, rivers, seas. The canals, rivers and seas become the source of transportation through boats, ships etc.

o A person who devotes his life for the Introduction, Revival and Promotion of Islam, he is just like a drop of water on the tip of a needle. He composes books based on the Qur’an and Hadith to convey the Message of Allah to the mankind.

o The Message of Allah can only get power and strength if the people of the community, city, country and world keep enjoining him to become part of the project.

· The writer:

o observe the universe,

o visualize the mentality and psychology of the human beings,

o   studies the Qur’an and Hadith,

o studies the history of the world,

o goes through hard and difficult times,

o   etc.

in order to collate the facts of life to compose the books to take the form of                   Message of Allah.

· The people can enjoin him:

o by buying the books,

o reading them,

o   exchanging views,

o discussion on the subject matter,

o   etc.

Message to the Students

· In this day of age, efforts are only concentrated to secure Artistic and Scientific education and no consideration are given to the religious education.

· If we see with an eagle eye, Artistic and Scientific education is also religious education, as it has been mentioned in the beginning that these are branches of ILM that is Word of Allah.

· Ulema devote their lives to make an analysis of the Qur’an and Hadith in order to establish a mode of life in accordance with the Guidance of Allah and Teachings of the Prophet Mohammed (SAW). For this purpose they have to go through the process of primary, secondary and higher education.

· Ulema who have devoted their lives for the conveyance of Message of Allah also benefit from the products, produces, goods derived by the application of the principles and rules and regulation of Artistic and Scientific education.

· In other words, Ulema give the mankind the mode of life based on the Qur’an and Hadith and the learned people give them products, produces and goods to keep body and soul together and both sects are worshipping Allah (SWT) at the same time.

However, the intention is very important factor.

· If an Alim conveys the Message of Allah where his object is to secure Monetary Units to satisfy his lust of wishes and desires, then he is not serving Deen and it will have no effect and impact on the personality and character of the people.

· Students! Now that, with the Grace of Allah, you have become aware that Artistic and Scientific education is also an Ibadaah, you can divert your intention, if you did not have this intention before.

· So far as Haqooq Allah are concerned, you just have:

o to offer Salat five times a day,

o pay Zakat, if you fall under the category. It is unlikely, as you are a student and you have no source of income nor any savings,

o keep fast in the month of Ramadan,

o perform Hajj. It is unlikely as you are student and you do not fall in the category.

· So the only requirement from you is that you offer Salat five times a day that will save you from mischief as in the Qur’an it is categorically said:

Translation Surah Al Ankabut Ayat no 45

In the Name of Allah,

the Most Gracious, and the Most Merciful

Recite (O Muhammad (SAW)) what has been revealed to you the Book (the Qur’an, and perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat). Verily, As-Salat (the prayer) prevents from Al-Fahsha (i.e., great sins of every kind, unlawful sexual intercourse) and Al’Munker (i.e. disbelief, polytheism, and every kind of evil wicked deed) and the remembering (praising) of (you by) Allah (in front of the angels) is greater indeed [than your remembering (praising) of Allah in prayers. And Allah knows what you do.

· But the performance of Salat to receive recognition of Allah (SWT) has to be offered with:

o proper etiquette,

o sincerity of heart and mind,

o   khazhu and khashu,

· To develop the above attributes a Mo’min has to learn:

o the worth and value of Salat,

o cleansing the body,

o   purify his Naffas

o about the properties of Salat

o value and worth of Anbiyya e Karam

o   about the basic beliefs

· To learn the about the above attributes a Mo’min has to read books:

o Qaza Namaz Ki Addaigi

o Wadu Namaz Ka Hissa Kayyun Hai?

o   Tazkiyya e Naffas Kayyun Lazim Hai?

o Namaz Insan Ki Zindigi Ka Hissa Kayyun Hai?

o Namoos e Risalat: Khatim ul Anbiyya Kay Namoos Ki Hifazat Kayyun Ki

Jai?

o   Tsunami Tufan Hameen Kaya Batla Gaia?

· The books are in the library. To get an initial hold of the substance of the books, you can borrow the book. Thereafter, you will be in a position to buy the books.

· To learn about the attributes of Salat, it is not enough just to borrow the book, browse it and then, that is it. These books contain the data to keep improving the quality of Salat.

· To be master of the Artistic and Scientific teachings you study the same subject time and again, make reference to other books which may not be in the syllabus and look for the further properties of the same subject matter. Similarly, as Salat is Key for all Ibadaah, therefore it is imperative that its properties be explored.

· These books should be part of your personal library likewise the books of Artistic and Scientific education. The books on Artistic and Scientific education will become obsolete as after qualification, you will only need them when you have to make reference to them to look at the old theories, as these books will be replaced by new researches. But As Salat is Part of mankind’s life, the above books are needed all the time and they never become obsolete.

· Buying the books is taking part in the Introduction, Revival and Promotion of Islam. The money spent in buying the books produces Barakah (Blessings) of Allah (SWT) that will give Peace of Mind.

Do you not think that it is worthwhile

to buy the books and secure

Peace of Mind?

If people do not buy the books, how the writers can further explore the areas of success in this world and the life hereafter?

MESSAGE TO THE TEACHERS

· Teaching is a very honourable profession. Why? Khatim ul Anbiyya Hazrat Mohammed (SAW) were also a Teacher Who:

o recited the Verses of the Qur’an to the people,

o purified their Naffas

o told them the Hikmah of the Guidance of Allah (SWT)

o taught the people the properties of the ILM.

Translation Surah Al Imran Verse no 164

In the Name of Allah,

the Most Gracious, and the Most Merciful

Indeed Allah conferred a great favour on the believers when He sent among them a Messenger (Mohammad (SAW) from among themselves, reciting unto them His Verses (the Qur’an), and purifying them (from sins by their following him), and instructing them (in) the Book (the Qur’an) and Al-Hikmah [the wisdom and Sunnah of the Prophet (SAW)(i.e. his legal ways, statements and acts of worship)], while before they had been in manifest error.

· In view of the context of the above Verses of the Qur’an, the duty and responsibility of the Teacher is manifold i.e. he has to look after the students in every respect.

· Further, every profession is like an Amanah which has to be delivered in tact i.e. nothing more nothing less.

Translation Surah Al Ahzab Ayat no 72

In the Name of Allah,

the Most Gracious, and the Most Merciful

Truly, We did offer Al-Amanah (the trust or moral responsibility or honesty and all the duties which Allah has ordained) to the heaven and the earth, and the mountains, but they declined to bear it and were afraid of it (i.e., afraid of Allah’s torment). But man bore it. Verily he was unjust (to himself) and ignorant (of its results.

· To discharge Amanah the professional has to be:

o honest,

o considerate,

o   trustworthy,

o sincere

· If the above attributes are not part of the Amanah, it is Khianat (embezzlement).

· Amanah is a very vast subject and it is not possible to make part of this document.

· However, to be brief on the subject, as you have read the context of the lecture delivered to the students of physics, please study the books mentioned above and promote the message in the books to the students.

· By profession I am an accountant. Alhamdu’lillah! Now the field of accountancy lets me see the Qur’an and Hadith in it. Similarly, if you were to study the books, Insha’allah! you will see the teachings of the Qur’an and Hadith whatever field you are in:

o physics,

o chemistry,

o   environments,

o information technology,

o business administration,

o   etc.

PROMOTION OF ISLLAM AT INTERNATIONAL LEVEL

· You must have gathered that the scope of the project: Call for Peace is at international level. Here is an example of a family who I had been friends since 1972.

· With the Grace of Allah (SWT), I have been telling them the attributes of Islamic Values in day to day life. Moreover, I rationally analysed their Christian beliefs as how they got corrupted. The accepted by saying that:

Their beliefs are wrong,

but they are difficult to change.

· In the year 1998, I paid a visit to them, especially to brief them about the Islamic Values and also to see the effect and impact of the my teachings to them over 25 years. When I was retuning to England, I asked them to scribe their thoughts about the Islamic Values and how much they have adopted them, although they have not yet entered in the circle of Islam.

· Here are their views.

A NON MUSLIM’S THOUGHTS

RE – ISLAMIC WAY OF LIFE

OF

 NASEER AZIZ

ON HIS VISIT TO ITALY

· Since Naseer left Vicenza we all tried to think about the Message he gave us.

· The example was clear. He was praying five times a day. For us, who are used to different way, was something very deep, clear, but charming and a Strong Message with a deep deep meaning. Naseer’s behaviour was a simply beautiful example to invite.

· After three years, there is something different in our family. We were used to pray at least once in the evening all together. Personally we pray two times a day for ten minutes every time. My first son Luca is praying extra prayers everyday for more than twenty minutes. It is something special when a family can pray together or individually. I feel that the value of life is increasing, the value of the real life, not the artificial way in this world and hopefully with HIM (Allah) in the next world.

· Slowly, when Naseer left we all members of the family started thinking more about religion. We were very interested when he came. That’s why we had good time together talking about the Angels, Prayers, Pope, Priests, habits and customs in Muslim countries. When he left we all felt sorry and at the same time we all tried to think about his personal approach to life, religion, taste of life.

· I felt very touched with his personal wisdom of life and the daily constant prayers, which was the most evident sign of how to get in progress if one would like to go along with the Right Path.

· I started praying everyday and my husband too. I do not remember who started first, but the main point was we started it. We were used to pray before Naseer came, but not so often. Now we all pray and the result is that our life is different.

The effects after years are many.

· We do not watch TV for usual programme. We:

· watch the news

· no movies

· no cartoons

· We watch:

· scientific programme,

· news and that’s all.

To teach this aim is something rather impossible, especially, with teenagers and children.

· Luca is 18 years old, but basically he agrees. He loves Basket Ball games and plays it and of course he watches it on TV. He is Medicine student and he is over busy. That is another reason why he agrees that other types of programme are just a waste of time, plus those programmes are dangerous.

· The TV subjects are empty of real deep meaning and full of ‘Material Messages’.

· With daily prayers, I hope, Luca can understand what is important in life and what is not. So he and we all can understand how many nonsense are given to us through media. We all do not read magazines, only newspaper or science magazines which are specialized in a scientific field.

· Prayers made me and my family to decide to avoid sophisticated dresses and food. Why? Because dresses too much elegant or sophisticated are something which is very far from simplicity and simplicity is more of a target to be reached by a good Muslim.

· Why? Because with simple heart, with a heart full of love for Him (Allah) there is no place for complications, material tricks.

· If a man or a woman has to puzzle his mind about:

o how to dress for evening,

o how to dress for morning,

o   which shoes,

o which necklace,

o which purse,

o   which colour

o etc. etc.

· Then what room is left for religious thoughts. The same goes for food and for the hair style.

Simple, simple, simple!

· The mind has to be dedicated to prayers and good thoughts related to religion. This must be the link between material life and spiritual; life prayers.

· If a person prays, then he knows how it is beautiful to leave all these material problems have simple dress, simple hair style and simple fashion. His mind can be filled up with thoughts which are more spiritual and more dedicated to the mankind.

· They can be occupied about religious thoughts and this can increase the quality of daily actions.

· Yes! The quality of daily action can be improved through the emptiness of the material problems.

· Since my family started going through the religious path, I noticed that our behaviour changed step by step. We were observing Naseer’s behaviour. This observation and his behaviour impressed everyone.

· We realised how hard it is to be free from material needs like:

o success in life,

o success in financial life,

o success in love field,

o success in social life

can be richer that when he has got all these goals.

· The quality of our daily actions teaching for example is going up and up. The same subject supposes aggressively if taught with religious aim is a Message, a deep Message which goes deep in hearts. So student will have, at the end of the course, knowledge which is that their parents and themselves are looking for and deep, deep Message which will stay in their souls.

· Young people are starving of correct and rich religious teachings. The goal is reached only and just only because I am not interested in personal career because my soul is empty of material problems:

o make up

o dresses

o   jewelry

o money

o new car

o  new house

o sophisticated food

o meeting about people (parties)

o  etc.

· This kind of life leaves room to me to think about religion. Religion gives to my lectures a different type of approach and a different style.

· I would like to underline that I am far far away from the level of Naseer. Naseer is such a person who is much in higher position in religious path than us. It is long way for us to be like him. I have to do a hard work to be a bit better. I am just trying as hard as I can to make some progress in my life, helped in this progress by the constant presence of Naseer.

· When I talk about life and religion I am also aware of the fact that there is still a lot of work left to do. I am just beginner. But I would like to go further. I also know that a very long journey is always a journey which starts with one first step. If I want to go around the world for a long journey it will shock me, it is a very huge journey, rather impossible. But if I think that this huge journey starts with a personal first step from my house door to gate, then it is easy, and then another step from my gate garden to the road, then it is easy.

· That’s what at the moment we all are trying to do. To walk straight and to go further through religious path. Naseer helps us in doing this travel.

· Sometimes I am:

o tired,

o disappointed,

o   fed up.

o I do not see results.

· But then Naseer comes and cheers me up and gives me strength of making this long journey.

· Sometimes I need a rest or sometimes I need time to think if what I am doing is correct and right.

Naseer through telephone conversation

gives me the light and the hope.

· By having this new approach to life with room for simplicity and prayers we come to the stage that we all are interested in having some more.

· So we usually after the prayer, in our family, read some good lectures about some points or about some subjects. So our mind has to think for ten fifteen minutes a problem and has to handle it through the religious answer and through the religious points of view.

· This was due to two reasons. We started having this habit because:

o first with Naseer we were used to talk a lot about different aspects of life in a religious way.

o Second, because it is important for each member of a family, for each person to look at the problems but with a religious insight.

Moreover, I believe that word spread in hearts

that are clean and nice

will work slowly but they work.

· If a mind is empty of silly material things, then it has the silence inside, the silence gives the right value to the right things:

o So if in a family love is spoken, then some love is spread.

o If it is peace spoken and practiced then children will take in their behaviour a bit of love.

· Religious talks are important. Because during the day, when one’s got a break, he will think about it, may be some time he will add some other points in favour or against, but the main thing is that he will think about it closely.

· Religious words will work, will have effects. Basically, the minds must be simple and clean. Simple and clean from TV, movies, cartoons, naughty programme, music.

· Even music has left our home.

· Naseer talked about music and I think we left music after one year.

· Well, now it is much much better. Our souls and minds are more concentrate and the full attention can be given to the real important aspect of life.

· Music is something very strong. The music involves many senses:

o ears,

o heart,

o   eyes,

o mind

o thoughts.

· If it is a good music, then a person has to be totally involved and feeling are deeply involved:

o How can a person think? He cannot.

o How can a person study? He cannot.

· I remember that Naseer told Luca not to listen to the music.

· Well after one year he left the music was gone away from our home: pop, rock, modern one.

· Actually my children play piano and flute. But in short time and classic music. I will ask Naseer if this is correct.

· I am happy to say that music is out from our home because this was not something I wanted or asked to my sons. I discouraged them in buying new cassettes. Then I noticed that the more of our behaviour were rich of religious moments when music was left out. Now the music cassettes are left with a lot of dust and in short time we will throw them away. This is good target.

· I am glad of this result. The quality of my sons life is better because their mind can have silence and their souls can be simple.

Simplicity and silence

are bricks

with whom we can build a strong

 House for Allah

 in our hearts.

· We have to make room for this home so there is no place for:

o music,

o dresses,

o   jewelry,

o money,

o success,

o social status,

o makeup,

o    bad behaviour.

It is difficult, it is.

· But if we try hard, step by step, we can reach our target.

· We are honestly impressed with Naseer’s life. He dresses in simple way, old Pakistani style. He hasn’t got any luxurious Jewelry (a gold watch or rings or bracelets). He lives in a simple way. Where there is no place and no room for TV, music, movies, dance.

· His life is a total complete life in one direction:

A Full

 Total Confidence

in

Allah.

I am and we all are proud to have him

as our best friend.

 A Great Honour.

OBSERVATION:

· Students! Do you not think that it is time that each one of you becomes a sample for one another and that in future will be observed by the non muslims and that will lead to success of Call for Peace?

CONCLUSION

· The conclusion is simple:

o To secure Artistic and Scientific educations are in fact the Teachings of the Qur’an and Hadith i.e. to explore the universe and is Ibadaah likewise performance of Salat, paying Zakat, keeping fast, performing Hajj with Eman on the Sole Entity of Allah (SWT).

o Teaching profession is like an Amanah that has to be discharged with honesty, integrity, sincerity.

o To discharge Amanah with honesty, integrity and sincerity, Naffas has to be purified.

o For purification of Naffas books need be read.

o The books are in the library and book bank.

It is up to you what would you want.

Success in both worlds or …….
